Registration Terms and Conditions

Read and accept before registering with Golden Key Properties & Investment Pte Ltd (“Golden Key”). Course-specific requirements also apply. All times are Singapore time.

1 Booking and payment

Seats are first-come-first-served and confirmed after full payment and our confirmation. Provide accurate contact details and, where applicable, your CEA registration number and agency. Fees and applicable GST are shown before payment.

Unless stated otherwise, registration closes at 1.00 pm on the working day before class. The Zoom link and course-note instructions will be emailed by 3.00 pm that day.

2 Online attendance and CPD recognition

Use a laptop, desktop or tablet with a camera, microphone and stable internet. Attend the full session personally, display your full name and keep your camera on with your face visible. Identity and attendance will be checked.

For CEA-accredited courses, attendance is not granted if you miss more than 15 minutes from the start or during the course, or more than 15 minutes on any day of a multi-day course. Technical interruptions count towards missed time. Failure to meet camera or required screenshot checks means no CPD training hours.

Complete required activities and assessments and meet the stated passing requirement. Attendance or completion proof is issued only when requirements are met. Eligible hours and the CPD category are stated in the course notice. GC Plus recognition requires your KEO’s approval. Payment does not guarantee recognition.

3 Withdrawals refunds and course changes

Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Learner-requested changes require written approval. No refund or rescheduling is provided for non-attendance, lateness, early departure, personal technical problems or failure to meet course requirements.

Exceptional withdrawal or refund requests may be considered case by case. An approved exception carries a S$10 administrative charge, which may be deducted from the refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may reasonably change the trainer, venue, date or delivery mode, subject to accreditation requirements, and will notify you. Cancellation by us receives a full refund without an administrative charge. If you cannot attend a rescheduled or materially changed delivery mode, you may request a full refund.

4 Materials and personal data

Materials belong to the relevant rights holder and are for personal learning. Reproduction, sharing, sale, uploading or teaching use requires permission, except as permitted by law. Recordings, transcription and AI meeting bots require written authorisation. Do not capture or share other learners’ images.

We use learner, payment, attendance and assessment data for course administration, identity checks, certification, feedback and audit. Time-stamped screenshots of faces and names are taken at the start and end of online CPD sessions. Necessary records may be shared with CEA, your agency or KEO, regulators and service providers as permitted.

Extra personal-data collection will be explained. Data is safeguarded, retained for audit, legal and business needs, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Overseas processing is subject to PDPA transfer requirements.
